You are what you vibrate
What if i told you that anything you ever wanted was at your fingertips? Literally, your fingertips. No more 'bad mondays', no more second guessing whether or not you should call him or not for the eighth time in a week, no more financial struggle, no more pointless stress, no more unfair game, no more dullness to life!
Everything on earth contains energy and emits a vibration (universal life energy) that is shared with the universe and all beings within it. Plants, food, toilet paper, rocks, candy, alcohol, everything! Some have higher vibrations than other and when you incorporate these "things" into your life you begin to become brighter energy operating at a higher frequency. Lighter energy. Less dense energy. Gone are the gloomy days! Have you lost me yet?
Let me break this vibration thing down for you.
All things within the universe either have a high vibration, or low vibration. High vibration is associated with positive circumstances, such as healthy relationships, physical + mental health, clarity, peace, organization, gratitude, the list goes on. While low vibration is associated with negative circumstances, such as poor physical, mental, and spiritual health, loss of grounding, negative emotions, unhealthy relationships, brain fog, weight issues, skin issues, and lack of inspiration to name about ten!......The good news is that like attracts like, the higher your frequency the more positive circumstances you will attract into your life! And vice versa.
The more you work at raising your vibration through lifestyle choices, meditation, mental awareness, physical exercise, and overall consciousness the more positivity you will fill your being with! Cheers to lightness.
This is a little hard to wrap your head around, I know it seems absolutely nutzo. But there are rainbows in the sky after it rains, tsunamis the size of Pennsylvania, and we stuff our faces until we can't stand up straight and attribute it to being "thankful" every last Thursday in November. This is real my friends. Once you start become more aware of the patterns of negativity and positivity as they come up in your life, it will be easier to work at and you will finally take the reigns of your life! The only system the 'system' can't run is your very own, this is something that is entirely in your hands.
There are TONS of ways to raise your vibration, but for this post Im going to just touch on 3 that I have found to be very helpful in my personal experience of recognizing and raising my vibration.
1.) F O O D: We all love food! But most of the food being served either in restaurants or on the supermarket shelves these days is so dull, has lost its light, carries a low vibration. What does this have to do with you? You are what you eat, digest, and absorb. So even though the shiny cardboard package claims to be within your calorie limit, is "gluten-free", and contains no High fructose corn syrup does not mean it will suffice to feed your beauty bellies what it deserves! Foods with A HIGH VIBRATION such as raw fruits and vegetables (fresh melons, berries, ripe banana/mango, kale, spinach, broccoli), raw/sprouted nuts and seeds, purified water (spring water, reverse osmosis), herbs and spices (Reishi, cordyceps, turmeric, ginger root), and fermented foods (kombucha, kimchi, probiotics, yogurt, miso, kefir, coconut yogurt) will all help start shifting your circumstances so that all parts of your day stays positive and begins to attract positive events, people, and emotions. Foods with a LOW VIBRATION include anything processed, meat, cheese, GMO foods, foods sprayed with chemicals, coffee, alcohol, illegal and legal drugs, dirty water, soda, chewing gum, frozen ANYTHING, artificial ANYTHING, fast-food, pretty much anything that is nonliving or has been commercially manufactured in a processing plant.
2.) Thoughts: Everything you think about or thought that even crosses your mind carries a high or low vibration. Most of the time, the more you think about something the heavier it becomes in your mind and eventually becomes your reality. So when you constantly worry and worry and worry that you will never meet the love of your life, land that perfect job, ever get out of debt, can't lose the weight you want to, chances are you're already making a reality out of what you're persistently trying to avoid. I catch myself having negative thoughts all the time! Its just where we are right now and as much as we wish otherwise, life is hard. But once you begin to become aware of the thoughts and begin to change your outlook on the subject, you will in turn attract like minded individuals and circumstances that share your level of vibration.
3.) Slow DOWN. Everyone going everywhere fast these days like its a total rat race! I can't explain to you how much I love my alone time, whether its doing yoga, meditating, walking, cooking, listening to instrumental music, sitting outside.....There is seriously no rush to do anything. People get so caught up in the clamor that they forget what beauty is around them! Even if you live in a big, noisy city, there is always a place where you can enjoy being still, enjoy silence! Don't be afraid to be by yourself for a change! It may be very uncomfortable at first and of course its always fun to do something with a friend, but slowing down, breathing by yourself, and spending time with yourself is one of the most important things you can do when raising consciousness/awareness in general. Oh you will grow, grow, grow beauty belly! I spend at least and hour a day by myself, reflecting, thinking, and just SITTING. Listen to the sounds outside of you, watch how fast some people move on a day to day basis, missing SO much on the way to the finish line. If you don't slow down and listen, you will never be able to recognize just how powerful the universal vibrational hum really is!
1/3 cup raw cashews (soaked overnight preferably)
1/2 cup organic coconut flakes
3 cups of purified water
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp Ashwaghanda
1 heaping tsp Reishi
3 dried figs (slice into rounds and save one for topping)
1 inch piece ginger root
1.5 TBSP hemp seeds
cinnamon for topping.
Blend all ingredients together in high-powered blender and top with remaining dried fig and a dash of cinnamon.
Stop assuming that you aren't in control of every aspect and quality this life has to offer! Everything is connected in this universe, use that as leverage for finding comfort and ease in your daily life. If you want to attract sweetness in your life, be sweet, think sweet thoughts, eat sweet things (limitations!), and absorb all the light that miraculously begins to spring up around you. The time is NOW. Luke warm is no good.
