∆ Four ingredient mini tocos cookies

I have decided that my body just needed a cookie. I grew up in real life candyland, with some sort of cookie + bar + pie slice + pop tart around every corner of our country house. No shame, it was the 90s. 

But im trying to fuel my brain these days, like hardcore, so sugar isn't really in my repertoire. The more and more I focus on fueling my brain, as opposed to my body, I make leaps and bounds internally. I was wrecked by negative self talk for years, time to clean up the clutter and make mini cookies. 

These little guys are laced with tocotrienols, also known as total skin food that nourish the connective tissues of the body. When we have malnourished skin tissue, fascia, or the interconnected web of wrappings that encase our muscles + tendons, we are unable to move through our workouts (and day to day life for  that matter) as efficiently as if we had lubricated + healthy fascia or connective tissue. Drink water, move dynamically, and make sure to twist A LOT. Simultaneously while eating these packages of primal delight.

MINI TOCOS COOKIES//

1/2 HEAPING CUP COCONUT FLOUR
1 TBSP SUN POTION TOCOS (RICE BRAN SOLUBLES)
1 TABLESPOON GHEE
1 TABLESPOON MCT OIL (MORE IF YOU LIKE FLAT CRISPY COOKIES)
5 DROPS VANILLA STEVIA
PINCH PINK SALT
CAYENNE FOR DUSTING (OPTIONAL)

HEAT OVEN TO 350. 
BLEND ALL INGREDIENTS (EXCEPT CAYENNE) TOGETHER IN BULLET OR BLENDER. 
ROLL INTO 6 BALLS AND FLATTEN GENTLY. 
COOK FOR 5-8 MINUTES OR UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN ON BOTTOM
DUST WITH CAYENNE, MOVE TO DRYING RACK. 
REMOVE FROM PAN + FEEL FREE TO DUNK IN FRESH ALMOND MILK. 

optional add ons: mulberries. cinnamon. reishi. cordyceps. chaga. maca. instant coffee. get wild.
