ASHWAGANDHA SNOWBALL TRUFFLE
(OPTIONAL, BUT HIGHLY ENCOURAGED.MAKES 16-20 TRUFFLES)
1 cup organic date paste (dates soaked in hot water for 1 hour, then drained and blended)
1 cup toasted cashews
1 cup coconut flour
1/4 cup mv naturals MCT OIL
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp Moon deli Calming adaptogen
blend together in food processor + roll into 1 inch size truffles. dust with more coconut flour for an extra fiber punch.
