WARMING UP PLANT FOODS FOR CELLULOSE POWER

Often times people associate plant-based eating with tons of raw foods, which in most cases when prepared properly can be contributing to abundance, radiance, and unadulterated absorption of nutrients. But, if you are like me, and have found that an entirely raw foods diet doesn’t jive with your system, consider adding heat.

When we eat cold foods we slow down the electrical connectivity of our food with our stomach. Even just slightly warming up most vegetables by actual heat or steam or by adding hot detox worthy spices (not too spicy), you can jolt your metabolism and break open the cellulose within the foods for maximum absorption of nutrients and fiery digestion. This easily acquired energy found within plant foods, in some cases, offers you almost triple the nutrients as eating them raw or undercooked.

Stick to activated nuts + seeds, green vegetable juices, and fruits when choosing raw and consider adding cardamom, clove, ginger, and turmeric to break open the power of nutrient-dense vegetables and grains (if that’s in your flow).

Just like summer, our bodies open up when presented with heat and just might go hot-wild and give us a bowel movement to write home about.
