CLASSIFYING HERBS BY COLOR + BODY FUNCTION

Does the herbal world seem like rocket science to you? Like there are just too many plants to even know which ones do what? Luckily Nature made things super simple for us to use these medicines. The vast plant world can be navigated by paying close attention to the appearance of plants and how they connect to certain parts of our body. This is awesome because plants are hyper-intelligent and bring this hyper-intelligence into our bodies, giving us a stronger sense of inner intuition. No matter what class of herbs you consume, each plant has their own set of super powers and is so monumental in living a high vibrational life.

Whether your daily plant life is drinking coffee, tossing chaga mushroom into your broths, or eating a bed of dandelion greens, plant life takes a positive  toll on our overall well being and it is best that we always stay connected to where we came from. Knowing how to classify plants will raise body consciousness as well as our overall connectivity to all living things. Count me in.
