CHOCOLATE CHAGA POPS
1 CAN ORGANIC COCONUT MILK
1/4 CUP SUN POTION RAW CACAO POWDER
1/4 CUP ORGANIC MAPLE SYRUP OR RAW HONEY (1 SQUIRT OF STEVIA FOR LOW GLYCEMIC OPTION)
2 TABLESPOONS SUN POTION CHAGA MUSHROOM POWDER
SEA SALT TO TASTE
2 TABLESPOONS BEE POLLEN (OPTIONAL)
1/2 ORGANIC FROZEN BERRIES (OPTIONAL)
Blend all ingredients except bee pollen + berries together in a high speed blender. Take a pinch of bee pollen and drop into bottom of popsicle molds. Pour in the chocolate popsicle batter and drop 3-4 berries into each of the mold cups. Stick popsicle sticks in and pop in freezer for 3-4 hours.
In order to melt + remove once they are ready, simply run under warm water (careful not to get the openings wet, and wiggle until they're free!
Lay flat on parchment lined tray and pop back in freezer to re-freeze any melted spots.
