Moringa, one of the more palatable power powders, is a rich source of calcium and essential vitamins and minerals. Its boosted profile aids in digestive health, a mineral rich pick me up, and makes it an essential part for getting your greens quick. Sometimes I don't have time to sit down and enjoy a large salad until the evening. Throwing a teaspoon or so throughout the day into your various concoctions and treats ensures your cells are getting the oxygen rich components of high-chlorophyll foods. It is called the miracle leaf as it is infamous in skyrocketing whole-system health. Keep these on hand for a quick morning mini meal or earthy snack. 

5 cups fresh coconut meat, about two large coconuts. (sliced into think sticks)
2 tsp Sun Potion Moringa powder
2 tablespoon coconut nectar
4 tablespoons lime juice

Toss all ingredients together in a deep bowl and lay flat on a dehydrator sheet. Dry for 12 or so hours at 110 D, or until chewy and a but shriveled. 

If you don't have access to fresh coconuts (which is okay, this time I guess) frozen will work too! Just defrost and follow recipe accordingly.
