OUR CONTRAST AS OUR MAP TO THE INSIDE

We don't have light without darkness and we don't have darkness without light. This contrast is our map to the middle and the middle is the bridge inside of ourselves which unlocks the gate to universal energy of love. This darkness is the shadow of the conscious mind living in the unconscious. If we continue to run from our shadows they will always find their way back in. The universe will continue to present situations that push us to grow and face our demons. we all have them. we all share the same spectrum of emotions they are just presented through different stories and experiences.

Carl Jung said “One does not become enlightened by imagining figures of light, but by making the darkness conscious. The latter procedure, however, is disagreeable and therefore not popular.”

There is a lot of understanding in that. This is a courageous task. It takes a certain kind of strength to look in a very clear mirror at yourself and all the aspects of your being. This work moves from the inside out. It starts at the core and by diving deep and shedding these layers we release the shadows. We invite them into the light. Where two can become one and love can dissolve the pain. This process fertilizes the potential for deep healing and an authentic way of being.

All that is now
All that is gone
All that's to come
and everything under the sun is in tune but the sun is eclipsed by the moon.

"There is no dark side of the moon really. Matter of fact it's all dark." -Pink Floyd (Lyrics from Eclipse)

How can you change the conversation with your shadows? I know it is scary, but that fear is learned, and it can be unlearned. the antidote is love. send love to everything you fear and don't understand and that act will help to purify this process of claiming all parts of ourselves. the pure and the evil. be whole and be real. what is not real is dull. what is real shines brightly like diamonds in the sky.
